I first met Sherri in 2012 when she took care of my dad(84). At his age, dad had no problem expressing if he liked a caregiver or not. Dad adored Sherri because he recognized the high level of care and compassion she showed him. We loved Sherri for the same reasons.
Now that Sherri has Life Touch, they’ve taken care of mom on several occasions. We’ve seen the same level of care and compassion as in the past. I will always call on Life Touch for future needs.

More than a caregiving service, Life Touch has helped us immeasurably with my mom as she wrestles with Alzheimer’s. They have assisted with securing better doctors for her, offered valuable advice during emergencies and ensured a safe environment in which she can still enjoy independence. Seemingly available any time day or night, they listen to our needs and requests and adapt as needed, working with us to help provide her stimulating, compassionate care. It’s reassuring to have a primary caregiver who is connected to a whole team of support and back-up. As the daughter who is usually out of state, I also rely on their frequent and helpful communication to stay on top of my mom’s health. Life Touch is a great value and I highly recommend.

My wife’s dad fell in October and required hospital care/rehab.This was when we discovered Life Touch. It was difficult to sift through all the Home Health businesses in such a large area as Jacksonville, from 800 miles away, but we slogged through it. My wife commented, that she just had a good feeling about Life Touch, and that the people she spoke with, Sherry, and Bridget made her feel reassured and it felt like ‘Family’. Indeed her feelings were right.
Amazing! You people all share a burden and your shoulders are broad. We don’t have to worry about the situation there at mymy father-in-law‘s home. The communication is outstanding. As luck would have it a few days after my father-in-law fell, so did my mother-in-law. Life Touch had to assume 24/7 care. This wasn’t factored into the original contract, but your shoulders are broad, and you took on this additional tasking with gusto. NOTHING seemed too difficult, at least to us. You guys were on task, ready and willing to work with the ‘tools’ you had. There were many, many obstacles, but we worked through them all, from how to pay for groceries and supplies, to what to feed the dog! I mean C’MON, who does that? I’ll answer, FAMILY and ANGELS!
I wish I had all the names to include here, but I do not. We had many contacts with Sherry and Bridget, but I know there were those feeding Wilbur, wiping him clean after his messes, and doing the laundry. You guys had to switch bedrooms, figure out the medication maze, even seek help from the neighbor. We give this company five stars.
Life Touch has been providing additional care for my elderly mother in a wonderful skilled care facility. Having Ghizlane spend several hours weekly with Mom gives me the peace of mind that she is being stimulated and well cared for while I take a needed respite weekly. Sheri and her entire staff are wonderful to work with, it is obvious that they care about my Mother like I do!

Sheri and her compassionate team, Lajuan, Bridget and the staff of caregivers provided our parents wonderful care. All of them, to a person, treated mom and dad with respect, attention and gracious assistance regardless the type of help provided. Whether driving them to and from appointments, preparing meals, sorting and keeping their medications organized and administered. We depended on them and they never let us down. I highly recommend them.
About 2 years ago, when my elderly mother was going through cancer treatments, she became weak and needed mobility assistants and my elderly father needed some help to care for her. Luckily, I found Life Touch. Sherry drove far out to the country where my parents live to provide this help. Sherry provided excellent care for my mother. But, she also provided friendship and spiritual assistance to my mom and that speaks beyond words. Sherry also always received my calls and became a big help to me and giving me the support and advise for caring for my elderly parents. She was a godsend. My mom got physically stronger, and my father was able to help my mom with smaller tasks they no longer needed assistants. So we had to part ways with Life Touch, but I always knew they would be there. Current day, my dad suffered a collapsed lung and was hospitalized for 2 weeks. Because my parents live about an hour away, I was getting concerned about my dad going home and trying to do it all and assist my mom. Once again, I reached out to Sherry and of course she answered and as soon as I heard her voice, I knew it would be ok. I was introduced to Bridget, and she has been a wonderful addition to the Life Touch team. Thank you, Sherry and all of the Life Touch staff, for all that you do to make a difference in the quality of lives.
It has been such a privilege working for such a remarkable company. We have served so many individuals at different stages of life from recovering from surgery to end of life. Each client and family has impacted us all and we are grateful for being apart of their lives.
The entire team at LifeTouch have quite literally saved our lives. When I reached out in desperation after my dad became bedridden, within 24 hours they had a team of caregivers ready to help out. We’ve not been able to do full-time care but any and every time we’ve had an urgent need they’ve helped us out even with just a couple hours notice. The ladies who come have been wonderful and so very kind and we consider them part of our family. Would recommend 10/10.
When we first moved to Florida and didn’t know where to start, I placed a call and Life Touch came out to meet us that same week. I needed some home help with my 90 plus year old mom. They sent us an angel the very next week. The caregiver was experienced, reliable and very caring towards my mom. She worked with us for close to a year, before my mom went back north. I would not hesitate to call them should the need arise. And would highly recommend their services.
